CLINIC VISITS

For changes or cancellations less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a forfeiture fee of $50 for any acupuncture appointment; if you fail to show up for your initial appointment you will be charged full amount of $160. If you are an existing patient and cancel your appointment within 3 hours, you will be charged full amount of follow up treatment ($120).

HOME VISITS

For changes or cancellations less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a forfeiture fee of $50 for any acupuncture appointment; If you are an existing patient and cancel your appointment within 3 hours, you will be charged full amount of follow up treatment ($220). If you fail to be home for your initial appointment you will be charged full amount of $260.
